About Us

Anne Trahan has been professionally involved in  photography since 1969. She graduated with top honors from Rhode Island School of Professional Photography and Winona School of Professional Photography. To keep her skills up to date, she participates in workshops, competitions and seminars — most notably a workshop with famous photographer Ansel Adams, during which he singled her out as “someone with a good eye.” Anne has also taught workshops for the Professional Photographers of Michigan at convention and is a past recipient of the ATHENA Award and the Woman of Achievement award for entrepreneurship, which both  recognize accomplishments of women who have attained professional excellence in business.

After working for several photographers, Anne opened Logmark Photography in 1976.  She travels to you  for portraits. Most of our time is spent in the Great Lakes Bay Region, but we also photograph many families in their vacation homes in northern Michigan.

With more than four decades of learning and experience behind her she has been able to refine and develop her skills .The results of her many years of experience are well exposed and composed portraits. Her greatest reward is happy clients. People often come up to her and tell her how much they enjoy the portrait she did for them years ago. She has the pleasure now of photographing the children of people she once  photographed as children themselves.
